アメリカ合衆国産業安全保障局だって。

さっきのメールに回答すると今度はＰＤＦが添付されてて署名してほしいとのこと。

こんなこと初めてです。

ちょっとこれは止めといたほうがいいかなとキャンセルしました。

署名することでExport Administration Regulations(EAR)っていう米国輸出規則に同意することになります。

しかもこの法律は輸入した後も適用され続けるそうです。

いったん米国から輸出されたものが、その後、輸出先から第三国あるいは第三国の特定の使用者向けに再輸出される場合、米国からの直接輸出が規制されていれば、再輸出においても同等の規制を受けることです。

再輸出はしないし個人的な使用しかしないしそもそもクーラーボックスなので大丈夫だろうけどなんか気づかないうちに法を犯してしまってたら僕は嫌だ。

そう考えると業者でも何でもない個人がこのリスクを背負うのは荷が重すぎます。

心配しすぎかもしれませんが。

多分このサイトで軍物とか警察消防関連の販売もしているので海外からのオーダーには厳しいのかも知れませんね。

結局最初に検討していたamazon USで発注しました。

もう間もなく到着予定です。
